  • Q. PARKING

    Free parking applies to 1 vehicle per room. Please register your car plate number at the Front Desk.

    Additional vehicle registration is KRW 20,000 per day.
  • Q. LUGGAGE STORAGE

    Guests can leave luggage before check-in or after check-out time at the Front Desk with our 24-hour luggage service. 

    Reservation information is required before receiving the service, and luggage claim tag must be presented to collect your luggage.
  • Q. LOST & FOUND

    Lost items are kept for 1 months and to be disposed of after the retention timeframe has passed. 

    Perishable items such as food and liquid items will be kept for 24 hours. 
    To claim lost property, please contact the Front Desk. 

    To ensure property is returned to the rightful owner, Front Desk requires the claimant to provide a valid identification, including guest’s name, check-out date, and room number.
  • Q. CHECK-IN/OUT

    Check-in 15:00, Check-out 11:00 


    To request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the Front Desk for assistance. An early check-in/late check-out fee is KRW22,000 per hour and a day charge after 16:00. Requests will be granted subject to availability.
  • Q. PENALTY FEE INFORMATION

    • ■ Cancellation
    • ① Until 3:00 PM 2days prior to check-in date : free cancellation
    • ② After 3:00 PM 2days prior to check-in date : 100% of the first night's stay

    • ■ No-Show
    • ① After 11:00 AM, the next day based on check-in date : 100% of the first night's stay

    * In case of consumer dispute, we comply with the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee resolutions
  • Q. COOKING IN A HOTEL ROOM

    Each room features a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meal. Kitchen appliances and equipment include refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, rice cooker, electric kettle, chopping board & knife, pan, cutlery, dishes & bowls, glasses & mugs, etc. 

  • Q. SMOKE FREE HOTEL POLICY

    Smoking is not permitted within hotel rooms and public areas. Guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. A KRW 250,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violation of the policy. 

  • Q. CHILDREN POLICY

    The accommodation for kids aged 0 - 7 is free of charge if the kid stays with its parents in a room with no additional bed. 

    Persons who are over the age of 7 are considered adults.
  • Q. DISABLED ACCESS ROOM

    Felix by STX has rooms accessible and adapting the stay for disabled guests. 

    Please contact the Front Desk if you wish to stay at a disabled access room.
  • Q. EXTRA PERSON CHARGE

    A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in select rooms for a fee. 

    A KRW 22,000 will be charged for Korean bedding and KRW 33,000 for extra bedding.
  • Q. UNDER 18’S ACCOMMODATION POLICY

    Unaccompanied minors are strictly prohibited to stay at a hotel room. 

    A parent, guardian or appropriate adult must stay with them at all times.
  • Q. NO PET POLICY

    Except for service animals or approved support animals for persons with disabilities, no pets are allowed, even temporarily, 

    anywhere in or about the hotel premises
  • Q. BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS

    Baby cot rental service is available on a first-come, first served basis. The baby cot provided is suitable for 0 – 24 months.
