Reservation information is required before receiving the service, and luggage claim tag must be presented to collect your luggage.
Lost items are kept for 1 months and to be disposed of after the retention timeframe has passed.
Perishable items such as food and liquid items will be kept for 24 hours. To claim lost property, please contact the Front Desk.
To ensure property is returned to the rightful owner, Front Desk requires the claimant to provide a valid identification, including
guest’s name, check-out date, and room number.

An early check-in/late check-out fee is KRW22,000 per hour and a day charge after 16:00. Requests will be granted subject to availability.
